Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Product Condition
We only accept returns for new, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Return Method
Returns must be shipped by post to our designated return address. We do not accept returns in-store or at drop-off locations.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returns.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items that are used, opened, or not in their original packaging.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Perishable goods or personal care items (if applicable).

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
